Jeremiah Owyang has an interesting post up about things he learned at the recent Syndication Conference in San Francisco, California. In his post, Jeremiah lists several ways in which the Internet, blogs and RSS feeds are forcing changes in public relations, marketing and advertising, among other industries. I especially like his personal list of shifting addictions - from newspapers to blogs, from phones to Skype and instant messaging, etc.The fact is, if you don't know what a business blog is, or how to handle RSS, you really should learn about these new technologies now. The global conversation is going on all around you, and if you don't hop on the Clue Train soon, you might find yourself stuck behind all of your competitors in the struggle for customer attention and approval. If you're taking a break for the holidays (as I am - albeit briefly), please travel safely and enjoy your rest and relaxation time. And curl up with a good book on business blogging if you get a chance.
