
Bob's "about" post relays a good, personal sense to the reader. He goes on: "We want to hear from you because we are always learning and trying to improve. And you can’t learn--or improve--without listening." Good job; you're starting off on the right foot there, McDonald's. Inviting people to converse with you about your business is not only important, but also easy to do - and the technology behind blogging makes it easier than ever.
The main drawback so far to this new Mickey D's corporate blog is that it's only cranking out about one post a week. Then again, maybe most folks don't need more than one post about corporate social responsibility a week anyway :).
