Since last week's heavy coverage of the debut of the Dell blog, one2one has continued to post, but not much has changed. I'd upgrade my assessment from a 4/10 to maybe a 4.5, rewarding Dell for posting twice last Friday and once today. And for calling B.L. back.LISTEN - to other blogosphere posts

I just wish Dell was doing more to seize the moment. The spotlight I talked about is shifting away from its one2one blog, and now is the time to show the world how it intends to communicate. And how it intends to LISTEN.
