Have You Visited These 5 Blogs About Business Blogging?
I'm always on the lookout for solid new blogs about business blogging (using the term broadly).  Here are five that I'm sure are mostly (or perhaps completely) new to you:

1. BlogCoffee by Kevin Haynes - 8 days old.  Offers "resources, tips, advice, news, and information to bloggers."  Technorati doesn't show any links to it yet.  Until now :).  Go for it, Kevin!

2. BusinessBlogAngel by Claire Raikes - Posts date back to Feb. 1, 2006.  Technorati shows 11 links from 6 blogs in the past six months.  That's going to change!

3. Advanced Business Blogging by Deborah Cole and John-Paul Micek - Technorati has just two blogs linking to it - itself and my blog.  (25 if you count links to the main site.)  Not anymore!

4. The Blog Coach - Very new and virtually undiscovered.  By Mark White of Better Business Blogging fame.

5. Blogging Steps - SmartZul, a Web marketer in Malaysia, promises to "discover [...] practical and easy steps to be a pro blogger. I’ll use both [E]nglish and Malay language for this blog."  Wish I knew Malay!  Nobody has linked to this new blog just yet (until now).

A great way to find new blogs about business blogging is to subscribe to keyword search feeds via Technorati, Google Blog Search, Ask Blog/Feed Search or other blog/feed search engines.  No matter how new a blog is, once it starts pinging or getting indexed by these engines, they're bound to pick up on phrases like "corporate blogs," "blog traffic," "blog promotion" or "professional blogging."  And then your feedreader will tell you about these new blogs in no time.

Enjoy!  Let me know how you go hunting for fresh new blogs about blogging.

I'm honored to be mentioned here. Thanks for being the first blog to link to my blog!

Hi Kevin, thanks for add my blog in your post. Actually, I'll use the bloggingsteps.com for english version blog and bloggingsteps.com/tips for only in Malay language. So, its more profesional and easy to manage. ;)

Hope we can share the knowledges among each others.

Thanks.

Sorry, wrong typing:

Not Kevin, but Easton Ellsworth. ;)

Thanks.

Thanks Easton - unfortunately, The Blog Coach is in fact so new, it's not actually finished!

Ah well, let that be a live demonstration to one and all, develop it offline before launching - and remember that Easton sees all and knows all!! :)

I'd better get to it ...! Cheers, Mark

For those n00bies out there that are just getting into reading business blogs, here is a comprehensive article on how to determine if blog reading is for you:

Easton - Thanks for your comments at the Tomato!

Thanks for your thoughts, everyone. Kevin, SmartZul, Mark - onward! siong - nice blog, keep it up! Jim - thanks for the link.

The other lesson learned from your post Easton is about key word usage. You found these blogs because of your keyword search phrases in your feed reader. Now everyone knows how to get Easton to read their blog, use professional blogger of blog promotion in the content and Easton comes running. Good post and a great way to promote the new bloggers.

Don't you love discovering those gems? I find much of my information from the feeds that are primarily undiscovered, lowly-subscribed blogs, present blog excluded of course.

Jim and Robyn, thanks for the comments. Very true points and I think you are both early birds.

Easton, I like your style. You do a great job of uncovering and highlighting blogs that others may not know about.

You are an asset to the business blog community. Keep it up.

Aloha Easton and thanks for the mention! Been on the mainland for several speaking engagements so just getting a chance to catch up on comments.

We recently moved our blog to a secondary directory at AdvancedBusinessBlogging.com so that totally killed our previous links. Appreciate the help in rebuilding! :)

On the research side, we use not only blog specifc alerts as you mentioned (and like BlogPulse and Feedster), but alos I find a lot of useful research using creative (and not so creative) keyword specific Google Alerts.

Enjoy! And thanks again for the mention!

Very nice tip, John Paul!
