It seems I only get to read when travelling. Too many kids and too much writing to accomplish! I have actually read most of those books. Don't forget Andy Wibell's book, and Des Walsh's e-book. I might be able to hook you up with some copies if you want. Just send me a PM.
Easton - Ive read Blog Marketing. Good book but you could have written this. I just finished Writing White Papers and plan to write a review this weekend. Great book if you're writing white papers and even has some great ways to market your white papers which I've been sharing with my clients. I thought Blog Wild! was good but it could have been a white paper. It was well written though but pretty amaturish - it was almost like a Typepad advertisement.

I've read 4 of the ones you listed and I'll be interested to get your take. I get asked a lot about small business blogging from home-based business folks, so I wanted to have some resources to share.
Andy Wibbels' "Blog Wild!" is another good one, especially for small businesses (IMHO).
