#22 State Farm has a decent-looking newsroom, but apparently no Web feeds or public-facing corporate blogs.  However, State Farm did have an internal blog during Hurricane Katrina last year:

#20 Altria Group has an old-school old school newsroom, but apparently no public-facing corporate blogs.  However, it’s the parent company of both Kraft Foods and Philip Morris, so some of its many subsidiaries might have corporate blogs.

Li Evans at Search Marketing Gurus recently reviewed #182 Northwest Airlines (OTC: NWACQ) for the Fortune 500 Blog Project.  NWA appears to have no blogs and Li did a good job of suggesting possible avenues for corporate blogs there.
